The Cricket Board of Sri Lanka recently hosted an exhilarating Performance Enhancing & Training Workshop for Umpires at the prestigious Imperial Institute of Higher Education (IIHE) in Colombo on April 19th and 20th, 2024. This transformative event was a game-changer for umpires aiming to elevate their skills and performance on the field.
With a comprehensive agenda covering critical topics such as Situation handling, conflict management, Emotional intelligence, and Mental agility, participants were immersed in a dynamic and interactive learning experience designed to refine their craft.
