This program and its curriculum are approved by the Distance Learning Centre (DLC), a trusted state-owned institute with over 21 years of experience in providing quality education.

The Distance Learning Centre Limited (DLC) operates under the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils, and Local Government. Established in 2002 as a World Bank Project, DLC was funded through a collaboration between the Government of Sri Lanka and the Ministry of Finance.

Over two decades, DLC has contributed significantly to education by offering learning opportunities to both public and private sector personnel, fostering knowledge sharing, and building capacities that align with global standards.
